From November 14 to 16, the 2025 (12th) China International Graphene Innovation Conference will be held in Wenzhou (Yueqing), jointly organized by Chint Group and the China Innovation Alliance of the Graphene Industry (CGIA). At the main forum, the conference will feature a special session titled “Nobel Laureate Dialogue: Exploring Breakthrough Paths for the Graphene Industry.” The session will bring together 2010 Nobel Prize in Physics laureate and President of the Academy of Engineering Sciences, Singapore, Professor Sir Konstantin Novoselov—who also serves as Director of the Institute for Functional Intelligent Materials at the National University of Singapore—and leading Chinese experts for an in-depth discussion.

The China International Graphene Innovation Conference is one of the world’s most influential platforms for global graphene industry exchange and collaboration. This year’s conference will focus on three core activities:
The Main Forum, gathering renowned global experts, entrepreneurs, and investors;
Industrialization-focused sub-forums, jointly organized with leading enterprises such as State Grid, CRRC, BYD, Midea, and Chint;
The 2025 China International Graphene Materials Application Expo, which will showcase Zhejiang Province’s cutting-edge achievements in the field of graphene new materials.
According to the organizers, the event aims to build a world-class platform for intellectual exchange in graphene research and to spark deep integration between forward-looking scientific ideas and industrial application. In addition to the Nobel laureate dialogue, the Graphene Materials Application Expo will feature not only major domestic graphene enterprises but also a dedicated “Wenzhou New Materials Industry Zone.” Over 30 local Wenzhou companies in the new materials sector will participate as a group, presenting a full-chain display covering material preparation, advanced equipment, and end-use applications. Their innovations span key civilian fields including new energy, aerospace, low-altitude economy, electronic information, and biomedicine.
During the conference, a series of signing ceremonies will also take place, covering industrial application bases, talent projects, and industrial investment funds. Through an integrated innovation model combining “Technology + Industry + Capital,” the event seeks to accelerate the commercialization of graphene-related achievements. In addition, the Blue Book on China’s Graphene Industry Development will be officially released, offering a comprehensive analysis of the industry’s status, accomplishments, challenges, and future directions to support strategic development.
